2 x power snatch (70- 80% 1RM squat snatch)
4 lateral box jump overs (20″)

2) Complete as many muscle ups as possible

6 rounds:
In 2 minutes, complete
15 x kettlbell swings (32/24 kg)
30 x double unders
max muscle ups

rest 2 min between rounds
