Snatch:
1st attempt – 85 – 90% 1RM
2nd attmpt – current or new 1
RM
3rd attempt – new 1 RM

Clean & Jerk:
1st attempt – 85 – 90% 1RM
2nd attmpt – current or new 1
RM
3rd attempt – new 1 RM
