First of all, Crossfit Alexandria wants to give a huge victory shout-out to all of the crossfitters that raced the Spirit’s 5K on Saturday!  Crossfit Alexandria is proud to announce that each crewmember set a new Personal Record.  In one month’s time, each shaved 30 seconds to a minute off their time.  Can you say quick results? You guys worked hard for these results!  Great job, Lance, William, Jeff, Brad, Roger, Noemi, Carey, and Karla for representing Crossfit Alexandria! 3-2-1…Go!
