1) 3 rounds not for time:
12 x ring rows (elevate feet to make body horizontal)
10 x bounding box jumps (max height)
15 x toes to bar

2) Spend 20 minutes working up to 70% 1RM snatch. Get a few more reps than normal at the lighter weight when working up.

3) Three rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
15 power cleans (135/85 lb)
15 Toes to Bar

  1. worked with 155 on snatch. Shoulder felt much better today so I went ahead with it.
    9:58 on wod. Very fun workout.
    It was great to be back in there today after missing yesterday’s morning session.

  2. We used 30″ bounding box jumps

    Used 135lb on snatch.

    10:10 on wod. Everyone seemed to do good on this wod and it was a close race between all of us with some back and forth action until Sam stretched it out over the last two movements on last round. Great Job. FUN STUFF!
