Power Snatch from Mid-Thigh x 6 reps

2) 3 rounds for time:
20 x wall balls (30/20lb)
15 x deadlift (225/135 lb)

Rest 5 min then

3) Complete for time:
45 x back squats (135/85lb)
30 x bar facing burpees
15 x muscle ups
