1) Run max distance in 20 min.

2) Snatch Balance
Sets 1 – 3: 3 reps @ 60 – 75%
Sets 3 – 5: 2 reps @ 80%+

3) Halting Snatch Pulls:
5 x 2 reps
increase from 60 – 80% over course of sets

2 second pause at 1 inch above knee

4) Run max distance in 20 min.
