Kids pumpkin carving contest this Sunday at 3pm at CFA! The parent(s) of the winner will receive a one-on-one training session with a coach of your choice. Your kid carves a pumpkin and you learn how to do a handstand walk. Sounds like a win-win. Please bring a pumpkin and carving utensils.
1) Overhead Squats
3 x 3 reps
2) 3 rounds for time:
15 Kettlebell clean & jerk (24/16kg)
15 pull ups
3) 400 meter sled pull
Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)
Run – 4 miles
Tri – Run 10 miles
