Partner WOD!!! You do not need a partner prior to class.

1) Complete for time:
3-6-9-12 thrusters and burpees (95lb/65lb)
200 double unders after all reps are completed

Partner A will perform 3 thrusters, hand the bar to partner B and then do 3 burpees, partner B will then perform his 3 thrusters, hand the bar back to partner A and do his 3 burpees…and so on. The bar cannot touch the ground until all reps are completed. Then Partners take turn completing the double unders.

2) Rest a few minutes then the team will complete as many rounds as possible in 4 min of power snatch (95/65lb). Each team uses the same bar and only one partner can work at a time.
