We will be loading up equipment to bring to the Coliseum at 5pm on Thursday at both CFA and CF28. We will load Thursday and unload on Friday morning at 8am. We can use all the help we can get if you are available at either of these times!
The gym will be closed on Saturday and Monday (Labor Day). There will be no 5am class on Friday and no endurance or mobility class on Thursday.
1) 4 rounds not for time:
200m sled pulls (140/90lbs)
2 rope climbs
men – 2x 45lb + 1x 25lb plates
women – 1x 45lb +1x 25lb plates
Battle of Fittest Participants:
1) Row 2000m at 70-80% effort (90% effort would be a little slower than all out. Go slower than that for 80%. And slower than that for 70%.)
2) 3 rounds not for time:
3 x snatch (full)(60% 1RM)
6 x box jumps (30/24″)
