The New Fitness Program & 6:30pm Class
Two things we have noticed — Alexandrians are beginning to stay up after dark and there is a part of the local population that would like CrossFit but are not yet ready for the weights. Our solution — a 6:30pm regular class and a Fitness Program.
The Fitness Program was designed for the person looking to increase their endurance, stamina, get tone, increase flexibility and join the community of CrossFit. It will be catered to those not currently doing CrossFit and those who are not comfortable yet with weights. The movements will be simple yet effective. The intensity will be high so you will get some amazing results. The program starts on October 7, 2013. This will be a continuos class for the foreseeable future. The class will meet Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 8:30am. If you are interested, please email william@alexandriacrossfit.com to set up an appointment.
The 6:30pm class will be a regular class Mon. – Thurs. We already have a VERY FUN crew ready to start coming to this class.
YES!!! my usual time is 5:30 but when I have to work late, I can’t go at all. So excited to have a later class!
