max hand stand push ups
5 front levers
10 x triple unders

2) 3- Position Snatch:
4 sets @ 70% of previous day’s max

3) Power Clean and Jerk
3 sets at 65% previous day’s max

4) Press
3 sets x 3 reps
(Add 2 lbs to weight used on 10/22)
