Memorial Day Weekend Schedule:
Saturday: Saturday in the Park at 9am, Foundations at 8am. No class at the gym. Open Gym 7am – 11am
Sunday: WOD for Warriors: 10am at CFA. Sign up here.
Monday: Memorial Day Murph at 9am. No regular classes on Monday.
Partner WOD:
Start a 10 min clock. Partners start by completing an 800m run carrying one kettlbell (24/16kg) per team. With the time remaining, Partner 1 does 10 kettlebell swings while Partner 2 completes 5 burpees. Once both partners complete all the reps, they swap. Continue the burpees and kettlebell swings until the clock runs out. Score is total number of kettlebell swings.
Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before after Performance WOD)
Run- off
Tri – swim- 6 x (2 minutes on and 1 minute off)

I’m happy with that since I’m just finishing my 3rd week and that was my first Workout to do Rx. We should get a shirt for that accomplishment, what you think Jamie?
