  2. 320 lb pr on the deadlifts. I believe I could’ve went a little heavier. I’ll try again next week.

    7:57 rx. Kept a steady pace rowing. Started the thrusters at 4:00. Broke them up in 30-20 splits. Did the pullups 10-10-10. Ways to improve would be butterfly the pullups and go harder on the row.

    This was the first benchmark wod I was able to do rx on February 29, 2012. Time then was 12:47

  3. I wanted to PR the deadliest, but could only do one @ 175# – even with Ben staring me down! Paused too long at the top. Next week… 14:07 on the WOD…
