Bootcamp
Ladies… Are you looking for something different to “kick start” you fitness program? Introducing our Ladies only Get Fit Bootcamp. Our Get Fit Bootcamp is designed for someone who wants to increase her endurance, stamina, and get toned in a fun, friendly, ladies only environment. Each session will consist of a combination of body weight exercises, as well as kettlebells, medicine balls, and simple barbell movements.
Days & Times: Each Get Fit Bootcamp runs for 4 weeks on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:45pm and lasts about 45 mins.
Cost: $120/ 4- week bootcamp
* Registration is limited to 12 per class
