30 sec L sit
30 sec back bend hold
30 sec couch stretch each leg
2) 3 position snatch
Sets 1 – 2: 60% 1RM
Sets 3 – 4: 75%
3) 3 position clean
3 sets @ 70% 1 RM
4) Back Squat
3 sets x 3 reps
(add 2 -5 lbs to last week’s weight)
1 set x 10 reps @ 80% of today’s weight
