In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. Lisa will be competing today (Saturday) in the Memorial Hermann Ironman Texas (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike & 26.2 mile run)!! The weather is hot and windy in the Woodlands. But Lisa’s physical and mental strength will allow her to thrive in these adverse conditions. The race starts at 7am and she will finish close to 7pm – remember to say a pray for her as you are going about your day.
