10 handstand push ups
10 toes to bar
rest 60 sec
2) Back Squat:
4 sets @ 3 reps (75-80%)
rest 2 min
3) 4 rounds:
Run 400m
1 min max rep wall balls (30/20lb)
rest 2 min
**Score the 400m run by subtracting your time from 90 sec. The difference is your score. Start the wall balls 90 sec into the round.
