Are you the parent of a cross country runner? We are excited to continue the strength program for high school cross country runners through the end of the season!! We have lots of anecdotal evidence of the benefits of strength training for endurance athletes but don’t take my word for it. Read this study on what weight lifting supplemented with your high school running program can do for your performance. We will meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:45pm. Cost is $60/month.
