1) Push Jerk from Rack
3 x 3 reps

2) In 12 minutes complete the following

1,000m row,
then with the remaining time complete as many rounds as possible of
5 x power cleans (135/95lbs)
10 x burpees

Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)

Run – OFF
Tri – swim- 4 x 400 m with 2 minute rest

Reminder, no yoga class tonight.
