1) Clean & Jerk complex. Each set contains 1 power clean and 1 split Jerk.
3 Sets @ 80% of 1RM Jerk
3 Sets @ 85% of 1RM Jerk

2) Clean Pulls:
5 reps x 4 sets
1: 100% of 1RM Clean
2: 100%
3: 105%
4: 105%

3) Back Squat
5 reps x 7 Sets @ 85%

  1. Good morning at the den. All lifts were manageable, squats were extreme. I really admire the newly pronounced throne for the great one!!! There may be some engineering flaws but the overall design is superior.
