Complete for time:
100 pull ups
100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 squats

If you have been CrossFitting for less than 2 months, you will do 50 reps of each.

  1. Not sure if everyone sees these comments or just the admins. I never see any comments and didn’t know if they were hidden or just nobody was commenting.
    Anyway…my take on Angie. Pullups were not as difficult as I imiagined. I did 3 sets of 15 followed by 3 sets of 10. I finished doing sets of 6-8. I finished at the 6 minute mark. Probably took 3 10-15 second breaks.

    Pushups sucked. Got 2 sets of 10 then the rest of the way it was sets of 3-8 with breaks between every set. Pushups took the longest. Time was 16:30 when I finished.

    Did situps and squats mostly unbroken with 2-3 ten second breaks during each.

    Final time was 24:13. Biggest room for improvement is the pushups.
