Work up to a heavy weight

3) 3 rounds for time (90% effort)
20 strict pull ups
10 tall box jumps

    12 min amrap of:
    10 x burpees
    30 x double unders

    Per William: worked on efficiency vs time. All DUs unbroken. Burpees – worked on keeping feet close and bringing them up under my hips landing flat footed.
    Score: 11 rds. Won class despite slowing down. Represent CFA!!

    After did some 2 pos clean and snatch plus oh squat work

  2. Did 3 position snatch, all 5 sets unbroken……EXCEPT FOR THE BOSTON CUP!!! Lol, sorry Sam…had to post this!

  3. 3 position snatch work with a whopping 50/55 lbs
    Snatch bal at 65 lbs.
    working in shoulder rotation per Nat Berg
    3 rounds Strict pull-ups / box jumps 27″
    10:30.
    TTB and DU practice
