Check out this mobility work from John for you to do to get ready for next week.

We will be retesting this coming week so I would like you to be fresh to start the week. If your body is telling you to take a break, come in today and do the class warm up then do a light row for 10 minutes. That will be all the work you will do today.

12 toes to bar
