1) 3 rounds not for time:
8 butterfly chest to bar pull ups
10′ handstand walk
2 x rope climbs with legs in L-sit position

2) Work up to a heavy snatch. Then complete 1 set of 1 reps at 90% of today’s weight.

3) Work up to a heavy clean & jerk. Then complete 1 sets of 1 rep at 90% of today’s weight.

4) Front Squat
3 sets x 3 reps (add 0 -5 lbs to last week’s weight)
1 set x 10 reps 80% of today’s weight
