  1. The 4:00 herd was missing 3 of our normal sheep this morning. Hopefully, a wolf didn’t get them.
Fun morning though–the halting snatch pulls will definitely help us out.
Behind the neck jerk–used 165 lbs (did split jerks trying to focus on feet placement)
    Back squat–4 x 6 @ 245
Performance wod–9:37. Not sure if we were supposed to do it. We were doing a mile cooldown run anyway so we decided to go ahead and do it for fun.
    Another good morning.

  2. Halting snatch pulls-135-1st few were ugly, got better the last few sets.

    Behind neck jerk-185-Did muscle jerk.

Back squat-300-felt pretty good here, not as bad as I thought it would be?

Got a few flute ham raises today-these are tuff!

Technique is getting better by everybody…good job to all!

  3. Halting snatch pulls @ 55#

Behind the neck jerk @ 70#

    Back squat @ 115#

Strict pull-ups with blue band, focusing on hollow form.
Glute ham raises- first set tried with and without blue band,
Then after a team effort we figured out how to
Get them without spot. Last year I couldn’t get one
Without the band. Excited to see that I’m getting stronger.
I did 3 of the 5 rounds without a spot.
Fun morning! Thanks guys for the push!

  4. Did my work in the afternoon with the Shepherd himself.

Halted Snatch pulls at 135#, these are really going to help us engage the hammies.

Behind the Neck Jerks @ 165. Weight was light and footwork was terrible. Need to keep hammering the footwork on jerks.

Squat @ 285#, reps 5 & 6 were tough on the last two sets.

The Bear had to wrap me up with about six bands to get a glute raise, and then she laughed at me. Pull-ups with 50#.
