Saturday Schedule:
8am – WOD – Run for Your Life 5k  (registration forms are at CF Alex)
9am – no class 
10-11 am – Crash Course on Paleo & Open Gym

The 5k is scheduled into the CrossFit program to improve your fitness by training in the metabolic pathway known as the oxidative stage. It is not something randomly thrown into the training program because it is a cool, local event (although it certainly will be a great event). Therefore, just as we encourage all CF athletes to come everyday to CrossFit, we encourage you to make your fitness program complete by running this Saturday’s 5k.

Why can one person push through the pain of a workout during which another of paralleled fitness decides to rest? The difference is one of them has become familiar with the pain? Jason from CrossFit Tucson
