Starting next week we will add a 5am class every M, W & F. Also, check out the Endurance Class every Thursday at 5am at the ASH Track.

1) 3 rounds not for time:
10 – 12 ring rows
10′ hand stand walk or practice
30 sec L hang from bar

2) Death by Sit Ups and 40m shuttle run.

Minute 1, complete 10 sit ups & 40m shuttle run
Minute 2, complete 12 sit ups & 40m shuttle run
Minute 3, complete 14 sit ups & 40m shuttle run
….continue adding 2 sit ups until you are unable to finish the work within the minute.

  1. Good morning for a workout! Played tag with Christine Descant and Larry Attenhofer around the ASH track before doing two 1-mile repeats with Lance, Billy, Jamie, Tessa, John D., John D., Ashley L. Ashley M., Laura, Adam, Larry, Christine and Brad. Then died by 24 situps and 40m shuttle runs.
