Memorial Day Schedule:
6am – 11am Open Gym

Performance and Competition:

“Murph”

Run 1 mile
100 x pull ups
200 x push ups
300 x squats
Run 1 mile

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. If you’ve got body armor or a twenty pound vest, wear it.

If you have been CrossFitting for less than 3 months, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE implementing a 25 minute time cap on this WOD.

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, age 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28th 2005.

Join CFA in paying tribute to our fallen heroes with a little sweat and grit. Everyone is welcome, both members and non-members.  What a great opportunity we have today to get together with a fabulous community to honor those that serve this great country. There are groups planning to do the WOD at 7am and 9am. Both times will be an open gym format. You can also come anytime between 6am and 11am.
