1 set x 3 reps @ 55%
2) Press:
3 sets x 5 reps @ 77%
1 sets x 8 – 12 reps @ 60%
3) With a partner complete the
following for time:
400m Sled Pull (115/95lb)
then
42-30-18
Toes to Bar
Shoulder to overhead (95/65lb)
then
400m Walk/Run with plate over
head (45/35lb)
Partners pull the sled together.
Break up reps and run as you
choose.
