Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 toes to bar
15 lunge steps w/ kettlebell (24/16kg)
20 push ups
25 kettlebell swings (24/26kg)
Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)
Run: 2 miles then recovery 3 minutes then 1 x 800, 1 x 400, 1 x 800m with 90 sec rest
Tri: bike – 15 miles then run- 1 mile
200 total reps Rx
Couldn’t do the T2B or KBS because my hands are still destroyed from Angie over the weekend.
Did 10 sit-ups and 45# push press instead. Still very tough
Got 235 reps.
