1) 3 rounds not for time:
max strict pull ups (5 minimum, do weighted if you can get 10 or more strict)
30 double unders
30 sec hollow hold

2) Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 mintues of:
4 x turkish get ups
10 x V-ups
