1) Clean pulls
3 x 3 reps @ 80 – 110%

2) Front Squat:
Work up to 1RM then
2 sets x 6 reps @ 75%

3) Complete as many rounds as
possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double unders
15 ground to overhead (75/55lb)
Compare to 14.1 and 11.1 Open
