Saturday in the Park will continue this Saturday at 9am at Compton Park (This will take the place of the 9am & 10am classes at the gym. There will still be the regular Open Gym schedule and Foundations Course.)

The Endurance Class will meet at ASH Track Thursday morning at 5am. Everyone is welcome. (The morning classes at the gym are still at their regular time.)

Join Physical Therapist, John Davidson, for the Mobility Class at 5:30pm or come out to Yoga for Athletes at 6pm on Thursdays.

1) 3 rounds not for time:
6 – 10 handstand push ups
3 turkish get ups each side
30 double unders

2) Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 min of
12 knees to elbows
10 overhead squats w/2 sec pause at the bottom (45/35lb)
