Run 3 x 800m
Rest time between 800s equals the time it took to run the previous 800
Today you will be pushed to pr in the 800m. All three 800s are an all out effort. You should have two goals: 1) use the first 800 to find your max effort time & 2) hold the next two 800s within 5 seconds of each other.
In the overhead squat, the path of the barbell is vertical and remains over the foot while its position relative to the head and angle of the torso can vary.
