Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 x Shoulder to overhead (115/75lb)
10 x Deadlift (115/75lb)
15 x Box jumps (24/20″)
You will have the opportunity to be judged during class; however, we encourage everyone signed up for the Open to do the workout at 5:30pm. Come out to cheer everyone on!
