Today is a great time to spend 10 – 15 minutes working on your weakness before or after the gymnastics WOD.

Gymnastics WOD:
3 rounds NOT for time of
1 – 2 rope climbs
6 weighted pull ups or strict pull ups
8 toes to bar from L hang
10 pistols

Thursday Evening Schedule: Thursday from 6pm – 8pm will be an exciting time at CFA as we do WOD #4 of the CrossFit Open. Come to participate or cheer on your fellow athletes. The regular 6:30pm class will be an Open Gym Format. The 6pm Foundations Course has been rescheduled (email cfa.foundations@gmail.com for more info).

CrossFit Games Update: Open Week 3.

Test Run for the Red River Urban Adventure Race, March 24 at 8am. Billy and Lance will bring you through a one hour test run of the race (no race route or other secrets will be revealed). Sign up at CFA. Email Lance at eag0280@aol.com with questions.
