6 x muscle ups
35 – 40 sec L sit

2) Every minute on the minute for 8 min, complete:
3 x clean (power) & push jerks, 65% 1RM
Touch and go if possible

3) 3 rounds for time:
20 x wall balls (30/20lbs)
15 chest to bar pull ups
Run 400m
rest 2 min
