1) Deadlift

3×5 @85%

2) 2) With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

250m row
10 toes to bar
15 kettlebell swings (24/16kg)

Each partner completes a full round then the next completes a full round. Continue in this manner for the duration of the workout.
