1) Ring Dip & L Sit Test

2) Spend 10 min working
up to a 1 rep 65% snatch
(this is going to feel light.
focus on speed and
quickness.)

Complete for time:
Row 500m
50/40 push ups
Run 400m
30/20 push ups
