3 x overhead squats (155/95lb)
12/10 x CTB pull ups

at 10:00 complete the following for time:
5 rounds
3 push press (155/95lb) (no jerk or split)
10 toes to bar

at 20:00 complete the following for time:
5 rounds:
12/10 rings dips
Run 200m
