1) Hang Power Snatch:
Set 1: 3 reps @ 60%
Set 2 – 3: 3 reps @ 65%
Sets 4 – 5: 3 reps @ 70%

2) 3 clean + 1 jerk:
Set 1: 60%
Set 2 – 3: 70%
Set 4 – 5: 80%

3) Back Squat:
Set 1: 4 reps @ 60%
Set 2 : 4 reps @ 70%
Sets 3 – 5: 3 reps @ 80%

4) 3 rounds:
5 glute ham raises
