Performance:

5 hand stand push ups
15 pull ups
30 double unders
rest 2 minutes
Competition:
1) 3 rounds not for time of:
max unbroken muscle ups
30 sec ring L sit
10′ hand stand walk or attempts
2) Clean Pull
3 x 4 @ 95% 1 RM
3) 5 rounds:
max weighted pull ups (use same weight as 6/1/2012)
rest 20 sec
max hand stand push ups
rest 20 sec
max strict pull ups
rest 3 minutes
I just can’t get a chance for these stupid hands to heal, haha.
1.So for the first 3 rounds, I Rx’d the muscle-ups for toes-to-bar because I don’t know how to do bar muscle-ups still. The Ring L-SIts i stayed up for the whole :30, but never could keep my legs straight for the whole time.
I still suck at handstand walks, but am getting better!
2.Clean Pull was @180#, it was hard, I think bc of my hands.
3.Strict Pull-Ups at 35#:5,4,3,3,2
HSPU: 23,13,14,14,14
Strict Pull-Ups: 7,6,6,5,5
