1) Power Snatch:
Set 1: 2 reps @ 60%
Set 2: 2 reps @ 65%
Set 3 – 5: 2 reps @ 70%

2) Clean:
Set 1: 3 reps @ 60%
Set 2 – 3: 3 reps @ 70%
Set 4 – 5: 3 reps @ 80%

3) Snatch Pulls:
Set 1: 4 reps @ 80%
Set 2 – 4: 4 reps @ 100%

4) Back Squat:
Set 1: 4 reps @ 60%
Set 2 – 3: 4 reps @ 70%
Set 4: 4 reps @ 75%

5) Complete 10 muscle ups for time.
