  1. WODs like this remind me of why I CrossFit!

    Back Squats @ 255….they were supposed to be 265# but my form wasn’t on so I scaled back to keep good form.
    Jerk was 135#…was fairly easy, hopefully we 1RM on a push-press/jerk soon I think I am ready for a PR.
    Now to the WOD….
    It was brutal, and took me 15:22, probably longer than it should have. BUT 135# was my 1RM for clean only a couple months ago, so I am stoked to be able to even complete this WOD!
