1) 3 rounds not for time:
10 x hand stand push ups
30 – 40s L sit
2 legless rope climbs

2) 5 rounds for time:
20 x kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
20 x push ups

2) 3 rounds not for time:
GHD sit ups x 15 reps or TTB
15 CTB pull ups (butterfly if you are able)

  1. Struggled with legless rope climbs (did regular)
    L-sits getting better
    HSPU unbroken

    WOD: 7:44-managed push-ups better than usual-kb unbroken.

    CTB and GHD were very difficult today but worked through them.

  2. Legless rope climbs were a lot of fun. Legs are overrated and I believe we should skip them more often.

    KB Wod was tough. I broke it up more times than I care to remember. 8:34

    CTB – worked on unbroken sets, and then ran 2 miles for a little extra perspiration.

  3. Legless rope climbs are probably the best grip exercise I’ve done. We will be doing more of those for sure.
    KB/push up Wod was a fun one–I found 2 more weaknesses. 8:03 on the wod. I believe I broke up round 5 on 20 or more occasions.
    C2B/GHD’s were fun and needed.
    Ran a little afterwards.
    Fun morning.
    I forgot to mention yesterday—congrats to Beebe for their news of twins in January. Might come on my birthday.
