Saturday: 9am – Foundations Class III & WOD
10am – WOD
Foundations III will cover deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull & cleans. If you are new or have never been over these movements, you should make every effort to be there at 9am on Saturday.Saturday morning is the best time to try CrossFit if you are a first timer.
