1) With a partner, complete as many
rounds and reps as possible in 20
minutes of:
30 double-unders
15 Ground to Overhead w/ barbell
(75/55lb)
Every Even Minute, both partners
must complete 3 HR Push Ups
each, so minutes
2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18

One Partner works at a time,
other rests.
