Join us for the 31 Heroes WOD on Saturday, August 3 at 10am! This WOD was created specifically to honor the 30 men and one dog that gave their lives for our country on August 6, 2011
1) Overhead Squats:
3 x 5 reps
2) Wall ball/Clean ladder:
For 8 minutes complete
3 x cleans (135/95lb), 3 wall balls (20/14lb) then,
6 x cleans, 6 wall balls then continue adding 3 reps each round
