Wod 1 – 4:10 Wod 2 – 23:11, row pace was 2:00, 2:00, 2:05. This was a challenging Wod. We had a great turnout today. At one point, I was completely surrounded by level 1’s…..very intimidating. Reply
Wod 1-5:38-scaled a few of the pistols. Wod 2-23:04-scaled ring dips on last 2 sets, definitely not RX. Great turnout-good to see William again. Laura, Jamie, and Tracy are getting better everyday! Very fun morning! Reply
