6 pistols (total)
6 hand stand push ups
3 burpee muscle ups

2) 3 rounds for time:
Row 1,000m
100 double unders
20 x ring dips

maintain each 1,000m row within 15 – 20 sec of fastest round

  1. Wod 1 – 4:10

    Wod 2 – 23:11, row pace was 2:00, 2:00, 2:05. This was a challenging Wod.

    We had a great turnout today. At one point, I was completely surrounded by level 1’s…..very intimidating.

    1. Wod 1-5:38-scaled a few of the pistols.

      Wod 2-23:04-scaled ring dips on last 2 sets, definitely not RX.

      Great turnout-good to see William again. Laura, Jamie, and Tracy are getting better everyday! Very fun morning!
