5 muscle ups
30s L Hang from bar
5 pistols each leg

2) 3 rounds for time:
Run 1 mile
10 hand stand push ups
15 Chest to bar pull ups

Maintain each mile pace within 10 sec of each other.

  1. Wod: 34:05 Ditto to Sam on the C2B’s. Didn’t come close to maintaining a consistent pace on the runs, even after starting at a slow pace. 1:07 difference between mile 1 and mile 3. People have actually walked faster than I ran the last mile. I guess I’ll come back tomorrow.
